I like to think in terms of solutions. This is why I enjoy mediation and collaborative divorce so much, because you’re completely focused on achieving an acceptable, workable solution for both parties. Sometimes this proves impossible and then I’ll be fully prepared to take the case to court. Every client is different and every case demands its own unique approach.

“The important thing for both entrepreneurs and private individuals is to acknowledge the emotional aspects but not let them determine the approach. This is why I enjoy mediation so much, because you’re working towards an acceptable, workable solution for both parties. Sometimes this proves impossible and then I’ll be fully prepared to take the case to court. Every client is different and every case demands its own unique approach. It’s this diversity of people and work content that make the job so attractive.”
